What’s In It For Me?

You might be thinking, “What’s in it for me?” Well, certainly there is more than just connecting with other bloggers. Below are some of other benefits you will get from this directory:

  1. I intend to feature the best post every week based on poll from members. We could display the excerpt from the post and readers can get all the details in the featured blog itself. By doing so, we will increase the back links to individual blogs which is another way of increasing page ranking and visibility.

  2. Guest Author – If you have special article that you think might benefit other fellow bloggers, you could write it in this blog as guest author. Treat this directory as your own property (although there will be control in terms of who and what type of posting will be allowed) and use it as a tool to promote your own blogs.

  3. Free followers / readers – by getting listed in the directory, our ex-MRSM Terendak friends would have a single place to find your blogs. Even if our blogs do not attract them to read, but at least we can get constructive commentsfrom them, to help us make it better. This is a win-win situation where readers can say what they want to read and bloggers would publish the required information.

  4. Marketing Spot – It is an open secret that blogs is one of popular methods of promoting your products and services. You can use Twitter and Facebook to market your blogs where all the product links will be stored. More product descriptions and photos can be added for better understanding.

  5. Sharing of tips and tricks – This is probably the most important benefit. One can always ask about tips on certain topic such as affiliate marketing. Bloggers who have the knowledge can provide the tips and at the same time ask others about topic that they are not very good at. This will also gives idea on the topic to blog if  the bloggers ever run out of ideas. Sharing is caring!
